Policy
Floodplane encourages audio recording and sharing of our live performances.
Recording Stipulations:
1) Soundboard 'patches' will not be made available. Please use your own microphones.
2) Share a copy with us. We ask that you send a DAT or CD to:

4) Venue policy may preceed our policy.
Sharing (Internet/MP3/ETree) stipulations:
1) No commercial gain may be sought by websites offering digital files of our music, whether through advertising, exploiting databases compiled from their traffic, or any other means.
2) All participants in such digital exchange acknowledge and respect the copyrights of the performers, writers and publishers of the music.
3) This notice should be clearly posted on all sites engaged in this activity.
4) We reserve the ability to withdraw our sanction of noncommercial digital music should circumstances arise that compromise our ability to protect and steward the integrity of our work.
